terms of Service Coaching Clients
Terms and Conditions Retreat or Business Consulting Provided by Paloma Neuman and The Retreat Leader Collective (palomaneuman.com)
The terms and conditions below apply to all services provided by Paloma Neuman (palomaneuman.com) as well as The Retreat Leader Collective (http://bit.ly/retreatleadercollective) to any individual or organization ("the client") and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Paloma Neuman for the client. Here, the term 'consulting' is used to cover services provided to retreat facilitators.
In return for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Paloma Neuman agrees to provide the service as described below and by the terms and conditions set out below. The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).
Terms and Conditions – Service to be provided
Consulting Sessions:
The Retreat and Business Coaching service will be provided by the details described on the website about the product unless otherwise agreed between Paloma Neuman and the client.
The format of Sessions: virtual Zoom sessions or other formats where such is agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for being available at agreed dates and times. Paloma Neuman is responsible for calling during the agreed dates and times and being available for that time (60 minutes).
Length of Each Session:
As stated in the product or service description (60-minute virtual meeting)
Dates and Times of Sessions
The date and time of the first and subsequent sessions will be agreed upon between Paloma Neuman and the client by email.
Payment Terms
Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card using the payment system Paypal. Where the client requests receipts, they will be emailed unless otherwise requested.
Fees are payable in advance before the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon.
Where Paloma Neuman has not received payment before a consulting session, Paloma Neuman is not obliged to provide the session. All payments received by Paloma Neuman from the client are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Between Sessions
Paloma Neuman may assign the client tasks or exercises to complete between consulting sessions. The client is not obligated to complete these items of 'homework,' but not doing so may slow the client's progress in achieving desired results and outcomes.
When possible, clients are requested to submit any information requested by Paloma Neuman relating to assignments at least 24 hours before the coaching session when they are to be discussed. Paloma Neuman will provide feedback on completed assignments during each session.
The client may email Paloma Neuman between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g., where a client needs to re-arrange a session or make a payment).
Additional consulting can also be provided between sessions, but an additional charge will be added.
Paloma Neuman will always advise a client in advance if the nature of a client's contract is likely to incur an additional charge, and no such charges will be imposed without the client's agreement.
