Yoga Business teacher training workshops
Our business workshops for teacher trainings are designed to give yoga teachers in-depth education on the key aspects of building a sustainable yoga career. We bring relevant and applicable business concepts to our students in a simple and fun way where instructors have the opportunity to get to work on their business and walk away with an actionable game-plan for their future as a yoga professional.
Our business workshops are designed to help yoga teachers:
Get clear on their business vision and who their ideal students are (niche)
Identify their unique gifts and strengths to create a business in alignment with their life-style and business goals
Understand how to authentically share their message, and yoga offerings to grow their yoga tribe and expand their following
Prioritize what to focus on when it comes to marketing and building strategic yoga offerings to create a sustainable yoga career
Create healthy business habits, from growth-mindset and self-care to getting organized and staying productive
These workshops are lead by Paloma Neuman, business and retreat consultant for yoga teachers and wellness professionals
Our in-person YTT workshop contains three comprehensive modules.
Each of the modules contains lectures, group exercises, activities Q&As, and journaling.
We provide all the material, worksheets, and homework for each participant.
We have each student fill out an initial intake form online to make sure that the material and education is customized to that particular group as much as possible.
The modules can be distributed within two days to allow the students to integrate what they are learning.
Optional continued support: we can include and add on weekly email support, 1:1 consulting calls, group coaching calls, or a private FB group for accountability, and additional guidance.
modules & Curriculum
Below is an overview of the modules and topics we cover:
Module 1: Business Vision Clarity
Duration (1.5 hours)
We start by getting clear on your business vision and how you can incorporate your passions, skills, and experience to build an authentic and heart-centered business. We work on creating a business vision that is in alignment with your lifestyle, your career, and financial goals.
In the second part of this module, we work on clarity around who you want to serve (your niche), exploring who your ideal students are and how you can build a strong and loyal tribe. Getting clear on who you want to serve your ideal clients is a cornerstone of any successful business.
Module 2: offer and profit Clarity
(Duration 1.5 hours)
In this second module, we work on getting clear on the type of offers and services you want to focus on and incorporate into your teaching career (retreats, events, classes, privates, workshops, etc.). We look at what it means to diversify your teaching opportunities and design a financially sustainable and profitable yoga business.
Module 3: marketing
(Duration 1.5 - 2 hours)
In this final Module, we talk about ways to incorporate marketing strategies that connect and resonate with your ideal students. We get to work on clarifying your message and refining ways to grow your yoga tribe both on and off-line. We touch on topics like creating your website, email marketing, content creation, networking, social media and more.
We also work on creating a plan for your business moving forward and how you can incorporate essential business aspects into your teaching career to thrive and grow in a sustainable and authentic way.
